A cross-platform BIM visualization system was developed to bring building data into AR, VR, and web-based environments, supporting use cases from on-site inspection to indoor navigation and collaborative design review. As lead developer, the project evolved beyond its original pipeline after the shutdown of Unity Reflect/Tridify, requiring the backend processing of BIM data to be rebuilt from scratch using open-source libraries to generate and manage glTF assets. The solution now spans mobile AR, VR, Apple Vision Pro, and WebGL, with collaborative features such as avatars, 3D scribble annotations, and voice notes, as well as a web-based frontend for uploading buildings, inspecting models in 3D, and defining metadata and points of interest.
