A high-end AR application was developed to present Audi vehicles photo-realistically in 3D, enabling moderated live presentations and recorded showcases for online distribution. Built in Unity as a dual-app system, the solution consists of a presenter app that displays the vehicle in AR and a controller app used by a moderator to trigger animations and presentation states in real time. Developed from scratch in a lead role, the project required the design of a custom AR recording pipeline capable of producing broadcast-ready output with correct 16:9 framing, selectable resolution and frame rate, HDR support, and stable visual quality. A dynamic content system was implemented to support multiple vehicle configurations and animations, allowing per-vehicle builds without changes to core logic. The system was later extended to support Apple Vision Pro via PolySpatial. Close collaboration with 3D artists ensured optimal shader setup and polygon budgets, while UI/UX design and technical consulting helped align the experience with both client expectations and platform constraints. The application has been prominently used by YouTubers and public showcases, demonstrating the potential of AR as a medium for technical communication and product presentation.
